Advanced Training on Leadership and Decision Making for Active Women

The Women’s Rights Program of Association Najdeh, with the support and funding of the Norwegian People’s Aid for the Women Can Do It project, organized an advanced  training on leadership and decision making for active women in coordination with Collective for Research and Training on Development-Action (CRTD.A) to conduct two-days training at Rotana Hotel Arjaan Raouche.

The training included the definition of leadership, community mobilization, the role of women in political life and the Security Council resolution 1325 and its importance in conflict areas.

The training was facilitated by Dr. Amal Mukherzal. The women members in camps popular committees and Palestinian political factions had participated in the training.

The project aims to enhance the skills of women members in political factions and increase the women participation in public and political life.
