Members of the coalition at Saida participated in the round-table that was facilitated by the lawyer Carol Mansour.<\/p>\n<p>The topics raised during the dialogue table focused on the rights and duties of the Palestinian workers and the amendments issued by the Ministry of Labor (2005) and the Lebanese Parliament (2010) towards the Palestinian refugees.<\/p>\n<p>It was emphasized during the discussions that the dialogue with the free trade unions should be opened in order to amend the laws and regulations that prevent the Palestinians from joining and practicing their professions.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussions, it was noted that it is important to approach the next minister of labor in the next government to amend all laws and cancel all measures that would deprive the Palestinian refugees from working to alleviate their economic and social suffering until they return to Palestine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lebanese \u2013 Palestinian Coalition for Right to Work for Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon Campaign, in coordination with the Legal Aid Department at UNRWA, organized a round-table on the rights and duties of the Palestinian workers and the amendments issued by the Ministry of Labor.
