The workshop covered essential concepts of gender-based violence, its forms, causes, and contributing factors, specifically against women and girls with disabilities. It also included guidelines on handling violence cases, referral mechanisms, the national and international legal framework, and human rights.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from local institutions and associations, women&#8217;s committees, and the humanitarian support and protection team for women participated in the training.
